By using IYKYK’s apps and websites you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. You must be at least 13; After Dark features require 18+.

You own the recommendations, photos, and notes you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service as directed by your sharing choices (public recommendation, circle post, private note), including in the share pages and codes you create. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared onward by your explicit action (a code you handed out keeps working until you unpublish). We never sell your content or use it in advertising without separate consent.

Recommendations must reflect your genuine experience. Accepting payment or favors for recommendations, recommending your own business without disclosure, coordinated manipulation, and harassment campaigns against places or people are prohibited and are grounds for removal and account termination.

Content must comply with our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these terms. Recommendations and photos publish immediately and are moderated afterward: text is screened automatically, and anyone can report a photo or note with one tap. Enough distinct reports hide an item until a moderator reviews it, and a moderator makes the final call. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate the Guidelines. Where your content is hidden or removed, you will be able to see that on your own view. To report something, use the report control on the item or write to hello@iykyk.social.

You may block another person from their profile. Blocking removes any follow between you in both directions and keeps you out of each other’s reach. Blocking and reporting are independent — you can do either or both, and a report does not tell the reported person who filed it.

After Dark is an optional category for venues oriented to adult audiences (for example, bars and nightlife). It is off by default and hidden entirely unless you turn it on, and turning it on requires confirming that you are 18 or older — that confirmation is your representation of your age. The gate covers which venues you see; it never lowers the content bar. Sexually explicit imagery, nudity, and adult content are prohibited everywhere on the service, including behind the gate. After Dark is about where adults choose to go, not adult content, and all Community Guidelines apply inside it unchanged.

If you claim a place, you may order printed table cards carrying your own recommendations. Placing an order records your request; it is not a completed sale and charges nothing on its own. Any pricing, invoicing, and payment are handled separately and by agreement. We may fulfill, decline, or cancel an order.

Upload only content you have the right to share. We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA; send notices to hello@iykyk.social (designated agent registration pending). Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Place information and certain photos are provided by Google Maps and are subject to Google’s terms. Hours and details may be wrong or stale; confirm before you drive across town.

The service and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are personal opinions of their authors, not statements by us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (content licenses for shared content, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding its conflicts rules. We will notify you in the product of material changes before they take effect; continued use after notice is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
